Rift Valley University established a graduation Committee at its Head office to coordinate Addis Ababa and Sheger City campuses for the graduation ceremony planned for July 27, 2024, in Millennium Hall.
The committee members include the Dean from seventeen campuses. To materialize their objectives, the committee members met today (July 11, 2024) at RVU Head Office, reviewed the implementation process, and discussed various issues related to the upcoming graduation.
Professor Derebsa Dufera, RVU President chaired the meeting and encouraged the participants to share their perspectives and to report about the level of preparation underway in their respective Campuses
Accordingly, the participants reported the progress they have made in their areas and the challenges they are facing. The participants had candid discussions and exchanged experiences and new insights. The raised issues were addressed by the leadership, and the committee members finally agreed to make divisions of labor among themselves and vowed to make the graduation ceremony smooth and colorful.
