Geda

The Gada campus was known as the Gotera campus before it was named as Gada five years ago. In the campus expansion program of the University, Gada Campus was the first campus of Rift Valley University in Addis Ababa city that started teaching-learning after ensuring legal personality back in 2003 G.C. (nineteen years ago) in undergraduate programs. Namely, business management, marketing management, Accounting, and Computer Science in undergraduate programs were accredited. It also has been offering graduate programs for the last 4 years since it was given accreditation in three departments namely, Masters of Business Administration, Project Management, and Marketing Management including one undergraduate level program Hotel Management which by now with Marketing Management in a graduate program were not included in programs reaccreditation. By doing so, the Gada campus has proved itself as one of the well-reputed academic campuses in RVU and leading RVU to well-reputed academic institutions in the country.

Currently, Gada Campus has five programs at the Postgraduate level, namely: Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Development Economics, Sociology, and Project Management, and at the Undergraduate level Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Business Management, Management, and Computer. Additionally, Accounting and Finance, Hardware and Networking Services, Marketing and Sales Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Midwifery, and Medical Laboratory are TVET programs offered at the campus.
